Many rulers, politicians, sociologists, jurists and theologians do not recognize victims all his dignity ex post, by the fact of their victimization. Victimal hermeneutics considers victims, in these or similar circumstances, as"axiological" because they are active subjects of values and interests.En la dogmatica penal del ayer, el axioma in dubio pro reo significó un avance importante en la historia de la dogmática penal y ciencias afines, pues cercenó la violencia, la agresividad, la venganza, etc. La dogmática penal de hoy pretende, desde diversos puntos de vista, superar la dogmática penal, el Derecho penal y la Criminología tradicionales, para colocar en el centro a las víctimas, a la sanción reparadora y dignificadora de las víctimas. Muchos gobernantes, políticos, sociólogos, juristas y teólogos no reconocen a las víctimas toda su dignidad ex post, por el hecho de su victimación.
