Summary: In the criminal dogmatic of yesterday, the in dubio pro reo axiom meant an important step forward in the history of the criminal dogmatic and related sciences, because it severed the violence, aggression, revenge, etc. The criminal dogmatic today is from different points of view, intended to overcome the dogmatic criminal, criminal law and Criminology traditional, to be placed in the Center to the victims, restorative sanction and dignificadora of the victims.
