In all cases teachers must overcome these dificulties and they also need to develop a didactic strategy to handle the task of teaching all to everybody successfully.El presente artículo desarrolla brevemente los problemas epistemo- lógicos a los que se enfrentan los docentes en la planificación de la en- señanza del Derecho. Estos problemas afectan a la totalidad del proceso de enseñanza.
