Summary: The retributive paradigm crisis that has been ongoing since the mid-twentieth century, as a unique mechanism to achieve a speedy and effective justice, has led to the emergence of new ways to impart, highlighting the need to consider the victim as a central component of process. There is no doubt that the offense is much more than a category of legal doctrine, is primarily a measure producing specific damage in a person that results in different forms of victimization that extend its negative effect on the persons and in society. Therefore, today's ethical stance encourages us to establish another way to deliver justice. A victim-centered justice and the task of repairing the damage, through the active participation of the victim and the victimizer.
