Summary: The inclusion of students with psychologically disabled isn't uniform in Spanish Universities, and, besides the fact that there isn't a university regulation for these cases. Rather, there isn't a protocol, in part because these students have disabilities of different character, even if it was the same, there are different degrees. So, depends on each University, but also depends on the Faculties, decide to include these students in the different studies of degrees with normality, especially when we refer to assessment skills. In this article, we propose a teaching experience, which took place in a law school, satisfactorily, whose axis integrator was the figure of tutor.
