This work deals with the matter of religious buildings through the point of view of the constitutional religious freedom�s Spanish regulation. It is a very sensitive matter due to the fact that two important areas of the law are implicated: the religious freedomprotection and the urban development. As the legislators� response ought to respect what is ordered by the Spanish law when the religious fact becomes relevant in civil society, this work studies the most conflicting issues that the new Catalan regulation seems to introduce in this area. It�s principal success is opening, somehow or other, the possibility of a public debate about this delicate matter. |
