To this end the author synthesizes the content of the discourse of the indigenous cultural difference and points its role as one of the ideological main sources under grounding the constitutional text. Besides, using such discourse as an interpretation key, the author studies its influence in the main parts of the Constitution and points some consequences of the inclusion of the plurinationality principle in the Bolivian constitutional systemEn este trabajo el autor propone una lectura de la Constitución recientemente aprobada en Bolivia, a partir de uno de los caracteres principales del tipo de Estado que en ella se propone: la formulación del Estado Plurinacional Comunitario.
