El objeto principal de esta investigación es la licencia en su sentido propio: La naturaleza y el régimen jurídico de la licencia canónica en sí misma y en sus figuras afines en el marco de la conexión y la organicidad de los actos administrativos canónicos. La naturaleza puede deducirse de lo que establece el legislador cuando usa estos términos en los cánones.
