The article intends to describe the normative ideology present in judicial motivation called state legislature. To fulfill that purpose will be tracked on the different meanings of the term “legal reasons”, shall be provided a brief historical background to the construction of that concept, we will explain the principles of the State Legislature and its relation to the legal syllogism, and finally we will state the reasons of disappointment or loss of its hegemony. To achieve the intended purpose, we will dwelve into hegemonic conceptions of justice and epistemological. |
