Summary: The central question of this analysis of reflection how has the diplomatic crisis in Colombia in the period 2002-2009? This leads to solve some questions, and no history of freezing of diplomatic relations between countrieswith democraticmodel and presidential formof government as long as it arises fromthe corner of SouthAmerica. To call the study, analysis, discussion and shape the response to the subject under study: the diplomatic crisis COLOMBIA, it is necessary to raise and address the following questions: 1. ¿Howdo the governments of Colombia took over from Carlos Lleras Restrepo Alvaro Uribe to Velez application in international politics and doctrines Respice Polum Respice Similia?; 2. ¿What has generated the diplomatic crisis?; ¿How much has changed the political map of Central and South America?; 3. ¿Howmuch has the conflict affected internal armed crisis? and 4. ¿What is the position of the Organization of American States dealwith the crisis?; ¿Punishment or pardon?; ¿Is economic impact generated by the crisis?. This brief reflection is an attempt to raise aspects of the study: DIPLOMATIC HISTORY OF THE COLOMBIAN CRISIS PERIOD 2002-2009. Taking as reference the political action of governments in the field of international politics and foreign in the indicated period. The purpose is to analyze study, investigate and propose a basic document of a subject with relevance to international lawand the issues addressed by the research groupGRUDPOE. To further delve into a research proposal on THE ORIGINS OF THE DIPLOMATIC CRISIS IN THE PERIOD 2002- 2009. For that which is necessary to further the causes that provoked the crisis? In particular, the diplomatic crisis in a State Riverine and continental. With extensive land and sea borders. With boundaries that have been negotiated and ratified international treaties since its establishment as a republic. We can not discard the approach in the analysis of the internal armed conflict for at least 60 years in Colombia and cause direct effects to areas of borders and limitswith neighboring countries.
