Stresses the formation of civic ethics consistent with the liberal nation-state position, the implementation of practical training responsible for providing adequate knowledge to participate in economic growth and conservation of Catholic religious teachings in pursuit of an organized and disciplined society, able to combat the excesses of radical and atheistic ideologies.Este artículo presenta las líneas gruesas de la política pública educativa implementada a lo largo del siglo XIX, desde la Declaración formal de Independencia hasta el período de la Regeneración.
