The Watershed Committees are seen as entities responsible for the management of water charging will occur initially in industries and agriculture.A água é um dos temas ambientais mais discutidos em âmbito mundial. O que se percebe é que o uso dos recursos hídricos está sendo feito de forma descontrolada por múltiplos setores, prejudicando sua qualidade e sua quantidade. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os principais instrumentos de gestão dos recursos hídricos e, dentre eles, há a cobrança pelo uso da água, que existe na legislação brasileira desde 1994.
