In this work is analyzed the configuration of the Chilean system of constitutional
adjudication since Constitutional Court�s creation in 1970 up to our days, specially the
changes introduced by the 2005�s constitutional amendments, specifically, in the absence of
an extraordinary right�s protection and in the inter partes�s effect concrete control, its
conceptualization, characters and jurisprudential evolution to a type which could be named
�imperfect protection�, transformed, under certain circumstances, in an useful remedy to
review judicial resolutions. |
