It was noted the importance of these fundamentals for the Brazilian constitutional law, as well as its social relevance, considering the global connectivity, a present day�s mark. It must be taken in mind that the concept of human dignity is not closed and, because of that, it suffers variations depending on the time and space in which it is inserted.Estabeleceu-se um apanhado histórico/ conceitual da ideia de dignidade humana, fundamento este da Constituição Federal de 1988 � CF/88, que encontra sustentação na teoria Kantiana da autonomia da vontade do indivíduo e da moral universal. Constatou-se a importância desses fundamentos para o Direito Constitucional brasileiro, bem como sua relevância social, tendo em vista a conectividade global, marca da atualidade.
