In the present article we will try to elucidate how it is that in this platonic dialog there is established the relation that exists between both points and to underline the peculiar logical character of the above mentioned relation.En el Fedón de Platón se sostiene la tesis de que la auténtica dedicación a la fi losofía obliga a quien realmente pretenda comprometerse con tal actividad a tener un especial cuidado por la propia muerte. Ahora bien, los argumentos a favor de dicha tesis dependen, a su vez, de la demostración de la inmortalidad del alma.
