Summary: In Fedon (Platón) is supported the thesis that the authentic dedication to the philosophy forces who really tries to promise with such an activity to take a special care as the own death. Now then, the arguments in favour of the above mentioned thesis, depend, in turn, on the demonstration of the soul immortality. In the present article we will try to elucidate how it is that in this platonic dialog there is established the relation that exists between both points and to underline the peculiar logical character of the above mentioned relation.
