And finally shows the constitutional concept of autonomy.En este trabajo se analiza el concepto de "autonomía política" en el contexto de una organización política territorialmente compuesta y en atención a su utilidad dentro del derecho constitucional común europeo. Para ello se comienza recordando los elementos básicos que componen la doctrina del derecho constitucional europeo. Se repasa el concepto de "común europeo" y de "cultura constitucional". La segunda parte está dedicada a esbozar el sentido de la autonomía política.
