Summary: This paper analyzes the concept of "political autonomy" in the context of a political organization with a complex territorial structure and evaluates its usefulness in the Common Constitutional European Law. To this porpoise, the papers recall the main elements of this Common Constitutional European Law. Goes through the concepts of "Common European" and "Constitutional Culture". The second part is dedicate to offer the main lines of the concept of "political autonomy". The paper tries to offer a cultural understanding of the territory and the several forms in which autonomy can be projected. And finally shows the constitutional concept of autonomy.
