Summary: This article emphasizes the relationships and challenges that arise between the protection of human rights by the Colombian State in the reading of Constitutional Law, International Humanitarian Law and International Criminal Law, all within post-conflict and post-agreement scenarios, specifically in the framework of the implementation of the final Colombian peace agreement to determine the applicability of the conventional standards issued by the Inter-American System for the protection of Human Rights.  In this sense, a normative and jurisprudential analysis of the main elements that tend towards the development of the post-conflict and post-agreement in the country is established, from a qualitative review, through a comparative methodology of the most relevant legal postulates that allow contributions to the process of executing the peace agreement in Colombia.
