Laburpena: The approval of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and Directive (EU) 2019/1152 on transparent and predictable working conditions in the European Union entails, among other measures, establish a common system for the protection of working people against employer`s retaliation for claiming their labor rights or reporting irregularities in community regulations. In spanish labor law exists the declaration of nullity of employer´s retaliation and the reversal of the burden of proof, but it is insufficient, for example, to protect third parties. For this reason, and to ensure the full protection sought by community regulations, it would be necessary to devise common formal procedures for complaints and claims and modify the Workers' Statute to specifically identify and protect these reprisals
