The absence of regulatory effectiveness and the option of the signatories for their binding or contractual effectiveness, thus respecting the collective autonomy of the negotiators at lower levels, does not weaken the real effectiveness of the Agreement, when it comes to transferring its contents to the corresponding sectoral and company agreements, thus leading to the improvement of the working conditions of workers.La publicación del V AENC ha vuelto a poner el foco sobre la naturaleza y la eficacia jurídica de los Acuerdos interprofesionales para el empleo y la negociación colectiva.
