Although it is true that there has been a significant ideological dislocation between the public and the private, for some years an open confluence between them has been promoted, and in a notorious way in the connection between the supply and demand of work.Las políticas activas son medidas para incidir en el mercado de trabajo con el fin de aumentar el empleo mediante la mejora de la intermediación, así como para incrementar la demanda de trabajo. Tales políticas forman parte de la política de empleo. La diversificación público/privado es cuestión de importantes raíces técnicas, políticas, económicas e instrumentales.
