Summary: This paper attempts to expose the changes of legal conceptions in the Colombian constitutional case-law regarding to the fundamental law of good reputation, honour and privacy in the scene of Internet. To accomplish this objective, it is necessary to expose some basic concepts about fundamental laws, their relevance in the philosophy and its concept of human being, to the extent that it is possible to state that they constitute his essence. It is to say, it is not possible to think of the human being without these rights. Immediately, the fundamental law of good reputation, honour and privacy will be analyzed from the point of view of their nature, their philosophical, psychological and social bases, and also from their relevance for the Constitutional law, according to the analyses of their concepts stablished in the Constitution and its doctrinal interpretation. Finally, the influence of Internet and social networks in their influence on the concepts of fundamental rights will also be analyzed, according to the recent constitutional jurisprudence.
