These objectives seek to achieve a society with human development that focuses on citizens as capital of capabilities and not as working capital. This Article is responsible for describing the practical theoretical bases of the materialization of these objectives, which translates into the implementation of Human Rights within the domestic law of each State. The methodology used is the descriptive analytical one with which it is intended to answer the following question: Has the International Law of Human Rights placed a limit on the international community in the guarantee and respect of human rights by the States?La política internacional sobre protección de Derechos Humanos que se encuentra en curso actualmente ha sido definida por la Resolución que dio origen a los objetivos de Desarrollo sostenible. Estos objetivos buscan alcanzar una sociedad con desarrollo humano que se enfoque en los ciudadanos como capitales de capacidades y no como capital de trabajo. El presente Articulo se encarga de describir las bases teóricas prácticas de la materialización de estos objetivos, lo cual se traduce en la implementación de los Derechos Humanos dentro del Derecho interno de cada Estado.
