This work reviews the first 198 court rulings published by this institution to get a global view of these decisions, specifically regarding the type of damage suffered by claimants, the motives or means used to provoke such damage, and the impact of the concept of the opponent on reinstating rights and the process of land restitution itself.O conflito armado colombiano tem sido marcado pela luta pelo controle da terra. Como desdobramento de uma série de medidas que buscavam garantir os direitos das vítimas do confronto armado, em 2011, foi criada a Jurisdição Especializada para a Restituição de Terras, para que as vítimas de desapropriação e abandono forçado pudessem obter a restauração de seus direitos. Neste trabalho, são revisadas as primeiras 198 sentenças publicadas pela referida jurisdição, a fim de ter uma visão global dessas decisões, especificamente sobre o tipo de afetação sofrida pelos demandantes, as razões ou meios utilizados para provocar tal afetação, as medidas de reparação adotadas e a incidência da figura do opositor na restauração de direitos e no próprio processo de restituição da terra.El conflicto armado colombiano ha estado franqueado por la lucha por el control de la tierra. Como desarrollo de una serie de medidas que buscaban asegurar los derechos de las víctimas de la confrontación armada, en 2011 se creó la Jurisdicción Especial de Restitución de Tierras, para que las víctimas de despojo y abandono forzado consiguieran el restablecimiento de sus derechos.
