Summary: The following investigation is presented below, which assumed the general objective of the legal analysis concerning the Free and Informed Prior Consultation of the Sarayaku case in Ecuador, as the administration of justice. The exploration was deployed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by the documentary-bibliographic examination. A bibliographic search was carried out in a methodical way of the existing investigation through a meticulous investigation, choosing and evaluating different sources: Ecuadorian legislation, scientific articles and texts, the technique used was the documentary which allowed the collection of information and State the theoretical treatises related to the investigated topic, managing to structure it by means of the analytical-synthetic method. It concludes on the existence of the violation of the rights of the indigenous town of Sarayaku in Ecuador, highlighting the damage caused in social, environmental, cultural, territorial aspects, among others.
