It was developed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by the documentary-bibliographic analysis, through the analytical-synthetic method, which allowed to structure the theoretical composition of the legal argument. The sample consisted of 27 people (men and women) between 15 and 30 years of age, eradicated in the neighborhood of Pucará-Ecuador, who were given a survey. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and content analysis, which allowed the construction of a results section. It is concluded that the State, decentralized organizations and the population, in general, must ensure compliance with the norms that protect children and adolescents with greater emphasis in this time of pandemic.El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar la vulneración de los derechos en el Trabajo infantil en tiempo de pandemia covid-19 en la feria y calles, barrio Pucará. Se desarrolló desde un enfoque cuantitativo con una metodología descriptiva con diseño no experimental, la cual se apoyó en el análisis documental– bibliográfico, mediante el método analítico–sintético, lo cual permitió estructurar la composición teórica de la argumentación jurídica. La muestra se conformó con 27 personas (hombres y mujeres) entre 15 a 30 años de edad, erradicadas en el barrio Pucará-Ecuador, a los que se les entrego una encuesta. Los datos recopilados fueron analizados a través de la estadística descriptiva y análisis de contenido, lo cual permitió construir un apartado de resultados.
