It is concluded that orality as a model of judicial management is not fully implemented; The shortcomings that still arise in most of the professionals who practice law are evident, because in addition to not having sufficient doctrinal knowledge about the principle of orality, they are not prepared to put into practice the use of orality.Los operadores del derecho necesitan nuevas herramientas que tengan que ver con una formalidad estructurada del pensamiento, que necesariamente requiere de modificaciones de fondo en el sistema en que tradicionalmente se trabaja. El objetivo principal de la investigación, fue analizar la importancia que desde el punto de vista práctico que posee el principio de oralidad para la justicia social y su relación con otros principios procesales, desde una perspectiva cuantitativa, relacionada al contexto histórico social, se desarrolló metodológicamente desde un tipo descriptiva–documental con diseño bibliográfica, además se aplicó un cuestionario.
