The objective of the investigation is to determine the incidence of the purchase of resignation with compensation in the exercise of constitutional rights of public servants in the Republic of Ecuador, since the rights enshrined in labor matters are violated with this unconstitutional legal figure. Descriptive, with a quantitative approach, descriptive of the non-experimental field, whose methodological strategy was systematized through synthetic analysis with which it is possible to carry out an examination of the current situation, presented by state servants. supported by the documentary review and analysis of the different laws and regulations in labor matters, a survey consisting of 5 questions was applied to a group of 15 retired teachers from the State University of Milagro, whose result showed that the rights of public servants are violated, which conspires against job stability and the right to live well. |
