Through this project, it has been possible to carry out an internal administrative control of the registry operations that are carried out, as well as the delivery time of the documents has been reduced considerably. The need to carry out administrative control of the registry operation was determined through the statistical study.La investigación tuvo por objetivo analizar el proceso de digitalización y ordenamiento del archivo histórico en el cantón Azogues. Se trabajó fundamentalmente en gestionar la sistematización de experiencias desarrolladas durante la aplicación del proyecto de digitalización y ordenamiento del archivo histórico, desarrollado por la facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Católica de Cuenca. A través de este proyecto se ha podido llevar un control interno administrativo de las operaciones registrales que se realizan, así como también, el tiempo de entrega de los documentos se ha reducido de manera considerable.
