The objective of this article is to analyze the effectiveness of protection measures for children and adolescents and comprehensive protection as a mechanism for preventing the violation of the rights established in the Constitution. Consequently, the methodology used responded to the documentary bibliographic analysis and said information was systematized by means of a qualitative analysis of a deductive nature. As a result of the investigation, the need is established to create a comprehensive public policy that monitors the execution and compliance with the decisions issued by the justice operators regarding protection measures, complying with the necessary parameters for the approval of the draft of public policy by competent authority, creation of an interdisciplinary team and preparation of a strategic plan for the production of the document, together with the analysis and socialization before the citizens of the problem to be treated. |
