Which allows to promote reflection in the legal field for the interpretation of contextualized laws to various events that trigger judicial decisions, allowing us to understand that the need to evaluate the environment where the phenomenon developed with a broad vision, a situation that will also allow establishing a trial as objective as possible, because reality is immersed in multiple interpretations known as relativism, from there develops a position on human understanding in the field of legal sciences.El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el entendimiento humano, para lo cual se trabajó en base a una investigación filosófica de tipo analítica, permitiendo generar reflexión sobre el contexto del aforismo para explicar situaciones relacionadas a la vida ética del ser humano, desde una concepción del deseo – conocimiento.
