In this case, the research technique applied was the review of texts, theses, doctrine and norms in relation to the affectation of bullying. It is concluded that bullying is known as mistreatment and aggression towards children and adolescents. Therefore, in Ecuador the rights of children and adolescents are guaranteed, however, these regulations are ignored because many children and adolescents do not realize that they are hurting the other person and commit behaviors of aggression and abuse towards their peers.El objetivo general de la investigación fue analizar jurídicamente la afectación del bullying en el desarrollo psicológico de los niños y adolescentes. La metodología se basó, en el enfoque cuantitativa, además se hizo uso de varias fuentes bibliográficas y documental con el objeto de obtener información real y relevante y alcanzar el objetivo planteado en relación al problema jurídico en estudio. En este caso, se aplicó la técnica de investigación, la revisión de textos, tesis, doctrina y normas en relación a la afectación del bullying. Se concluye que, el bullying es conocido por maltrato y agresión hacia niños y adolescentes.
