With the study of the social reality observed, it was possible to infer reflective conclusions by the researchers on the problem posed. A bibliographic design of documentary type, which seeks reflection and critical analysis, and related methods of discernment of the phenomenon are built and thus evaluate or consider new contexts. In this sense, laws, norms, reports, agreements, among others, were considered in order to investigate and obtain information. It was concluded that it is evident that in the year 2020 when the COVID nineteen pandemic began, some Constitutional Rights were violated, the right to access to quality health of people living in the Province of Pastaza.El objetivo general de la instigación fue analizar jurídicamente el derecho a la salud y acceso a la medicina ancestral de la etnia Waorani durante la pandemia del Covid-19. Se apoyó en la perspectiva cuantitativa, de tipo documental-bibliográfica. Con el estudio de la realidad social observada se logró inferir conclusiones reflexivas por parte de los investigadores, de la problemática planteada. Un diseño bibliográfico de tipo documental, que busca la reflexión y análisis crítico, y se construyan métodos relacionados de discernimiento del fenómeno y así evaluar o considerar nuevos contextos. En tal sentido se consideraron leyes, normas, informes, convenio, entre otros, con el objetivo de indagar y obtener la información.
