The research developed is descriptive, in this case the survey technique was applied, which helped us to develop the research in an effective and smooth manner, using methods such as inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic, the objective is to inform society of the importance of a good regulation in the crash test in the country and thus cars are marketed for free circulation and prevent traffic accidents have lethal consequences. Se pudo evidenciar que gracias a la desinformación de las personas con respecto a las calificaciones de Pruebas de Choque en el Ecuador existe una gran variedad de autos no Calificados con una libre circulación y como consecuencia de ello existe una alta tasa de Mortalidad en Accidentes de Tránsito en el país.
