Summary: The general objective of the research was to analyze Big Data: Automation, surveillance and control. A critique from the perspective of human rights. The research was conducted under the quantitative paradigmatic modality, through the documentary analysis method, information in previous research, newspapers, texts, among others, was explored and analyzed. On the other hand, the inductive-deductive method was used, which helped to reach a conclusion in a general way, having as a starting point a perception with data in a particular and singular way, considering that there was a violation of the right to privacy by the use of technology. It is concluded that, it is evident that Big Data collects, processes and analyzes in large volumes the massive stored data. The objective is to convert the data into something useful such as creating patterns to know the behavior, analysis of results, consumption analysis that will serve to satisfy the camouflaged hegemony, it can know both the human.
