Summary: The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the legal hermeneutics and its role in ethics and morals in law students. It is developed from the quantitative paradigm, it was also framed from a documentary-bibliographic design, through the inquiry, collection and critical documentary analysis and bibliographic reference, based on the methodical, rigorous and deep exploration of various documentary sources such as scientific research, articles, laws, rules, theses. Describing the findings found, allowing the development of the theoretical body in relation to the subject of study. A questionnaire was also applied to a group of eighth level law students. It is concluded that the lack of values in university law students represents a deficiency at the educational level on the part of the universities, values such as respect, responsibility and punctuality come from home and in the university, loyalty, dignity and confidentiality.
