Summary: ABSTRACTThe general objective of the research was to analyze the right to education of children and adolescents in times of pandemic in Ecuador. The methodology was developed from the quantitative approach, through the search, collection and critical analysis of documents, bibliographic references and studies or research projects, from the interpretation of the right. From a bibliographic design of documentary type, whose inquiry from the critical reflection, the method of analysis of the study phenomenon was built, considering laws, norms, agreements, international treaties, theses, which led to obtain relevant information and the construction of the theoretical fabric. It is concluded that according to the constitutional norms the right to education is guaranteed, however, as a result of the pandemic some of these were violated, by not foreseeing the consequences of the implementation of distance education and the suspension of academic activities, then pedagogical proposals arose.
