The method developed was descriptive-documentary. It was obtained as results that there are scientific means to determine the people more prone to commit the crime of bribery, for which it is proposed as actions the realization of psychological tests that evaluate the personality of aspirants to positions of the judicial system, and thus, prevent the commission of the crime of bribery; on the other hand, it is necessary to insist on the formation of values of the future public servants, concluding that these actions can be collected in a compliance management system, specifying the obligations of compliance of the judicial system, its risks and actions.Actos de corrupción como es el cohecho, afecta el sistema judicial, de allí la necesidad de proponer acciones tendientes a su erradicación; siendo este el objetivo de la investigación.
