The relationships between sellers, buyers and carriers will be marked by that speed characteristic of International Trade, for this reason, INCOTERMS® arise, to alleviate that need for agility and clarity in the contracts necessary for such operations.Nos encontramos ante un proceso de globalización latente cada vez más acentuado, donde la exportación e importación de productos toma un papel esencial dentro del comercio nacional, las fronteras dejan de ser una barrera para los agentes comerciales, aquellos que buscan expandir sus productos para llegar a la mayor cantidad de consumidores posibles.
