These metrics are also evaluated not only for the short-term perspective, but also from the long-term, identified as financial dignity. Finally, a proposal structure of key performance indicators is made.La innovación tecnológica ha sido identificada por las autoridades como una herramienta para la inclusión financiera. Sin embargo, la tecnología financiera (FinTech) también tiene el potencial de respaldar un concepto más amplio: la dignidad financiera. Este estudio analiza tres políticas de inclusión financiera en tres regiones y sus métricas para identificar si los supervisores están incorporando FinTech en sus estrategias y métricas actuales. Estas métricas también se evalúan no solo desde la perspectiva de corto plazo, sino también desde el largo plazo, identificado como dignidad financiera.
