The health sector is one of the main drivers of the climate crisis. In this scenario, environmentally sustainable health systems minimize negative impacts on the environment. In general, jurisdictional orders do not adequately respond to the damage caused by environmental pollution resulting from the healthcare activity provided by public health organizations. The principles and values of the restorative paradigm represent an opportunity, perhaps not so much at the normative level, but rather in terms of its acceptance at the general socio-cultural level and at the particular level of public health organizations. Restorative justice constitutes a new scenario for the treatment of conflicts resulting from environmental pollution in the context of health care, in which public administrations set themselves up as guarantors of the effective right to health protection.Los sistemas de salud resilientes al clima son aquellos capaces de prever conmociones y presiones relacionadas con el clima, darle respuesta, superarlas, recuperarse y adaptarse para mejorar constantemente la salud de la población. El sector sanitario, es uno de los principales responsables de la crisis climática. En este escenario, los sistemas de salud ambientalmente sostenibles reducen al mínimo las repercusiones negativas en el medio ambiente. Diferentes órdenes jurisdiccionales no responden adecuadamente a los daños provocados por la contaminación ambiental consecuente a la actividad sanitaria prestada por organizaciones sanitarias públicas. Los principios y valores del paradigma restaurativo representan una oportunidad, quizá no tanto en el plano normativo, como de su aceptación en el ámbito sociocultural, en general, y de las organizaciones sanitarias públicas, en particular.
