This seminar presentation aims to summarise the main problems that the Spanish
contentious-administrative jurisdiction currently offers, seen from the perspective
of its users. These problems refer to the organisational structure of the jurisdictional
bodies as a whole, the physical circumstances that condition and hinder the work
of their members (workload, headquarters, support, training and remuneration) and
the design of the process they manage, with special attention to the congestion of
cases, the difficulties of access to the jurisdiction and the current system of appeals. |
