Summary: According to the advances of today's society, where we are required to practice communication and interpersonal relation-ships with others; in the same way the constancy in leadership, the ability to practice teamwork, and above all the practice of values; each of these are the attributes that are required to relate to others, however currently it is essential to have correct interpersonal relationships, which lead to appropriate action with each of the people who interact in society; Poor interpersonal relationships are an impediment to people's personal, professional and affective development. The method-ology used for this research work is part of a documentary bibliographic review. The technique for data collection is made up of electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, among others, relying on the use of certified descriptors and endorsed by the UNESCO thesaurus. The information obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis and to be able to propose how good interpersonal relationships are sought in any area where the human being develops. It is a duty to search for a balanced personal coexistence, to be at peace with oneself and to have the necessary social skills to be able to relate to others. Relationships are woven from childhood, in the first instance from the family, and continue at school with the inculcation and reinforcement of values where interpersonal relationships end up developing and strengthening for the rest of the life of the human being. If there is no developed and strong personal conscience, there is no chance of success in interpersonal relationships
