Summary: This scientific article seeks to analyze the impact of tics on leveling students during the covid-19 pandemic since, due to the aforementioned, the closure of educational centers due to the health alert has been accelerated by incorporating new technologies into educational teaching by introducing the new tools of information and communication technologies in the different classrooms have seen a resounding paradigm shift in 21st century education, it is important and essential to use technological tools to achieve the educational objective that is to be achieved and not on the contrary, in the educational field because this seeks to impact positively on academic learning, which is why an explanatory and descriptive meth-odology was used, through a mixed research approach, which will contribute to the information considering the results obtained through of the survey carried out on the 44 teachers of the department leveling and admission who consider that the success of virtual training actions basically depends on designing quality content for teachers, it is concluded that during the COVID-19 pandemic the classes were virtual with the help of the technological tools where they were provided through support tools for teaching and access to all kinds of information, in addition to choosing to provide support tools for teaching where the student can access organizing their study time in personal schedules to be the protagonist of their own information process.
