People who carry out various activities tend to suffer from stress and anxiety due to a lot of pressure, which can cause muscle tension, headache-neck pain and other factors; This has a negative influence on their daily life and in the future. A person who constantly suffers from stress can develop heart disease, skin disease, high blood pressure and even obesity. This research is based on the development of a device for relaxation through pressure points for people with stress and anxiety. A bibliographical study on pressure points in the hand throughout history was elaborated, which includes the most used and recommended techniques for the effectiveness of relaxation. The comparative methodology was used where functionality, cost and reliability were evaluated. As a result of the tests, it is concluded that the device is a glove that meets the expectations of the patients, relaxing them. |
