Summary: Rheumatic diseases constitute a group of about 250 diseases that fundamentally affect the osteomyoarticular system. They are characterized by the presence of pain, inflammation and deformity that generate functional disability and decreased perception of health-related quality of life, the possibility has been raised that, giv-en the condition of pharmacological immunosuppression, they would be more affected and they could even develop the severe form of Covid-19. The methodology used for this research work is part of a documentary bibliographic review, since we are going to deal with issues raised at a theoretical level such as the Effects of Covid 19 on infants with rheumatic diseases. The data collection technique is made up of electronic materials, the latter such as Google Scholar, PubMed, among others, relying on the use of descriptors in health sciences or MESH terminology. The information obtained here will be reviewed for further analysis. There are not many studies in the consulted bibliography, on the effects of Covid 19 in children with rheumatic diseases, the cases found where they make other assessments or age range, with respect to the subject raised, have not found significant statistics or signs of aggravation of patients with rheumatic diseases with Covid 19 infection, despite signs of concern about medications such as corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics, which could weaken the immune system and cause a greater attack on the immune system itself by Covid 19 and cause or stimulate a worsening , but it's more of a concern than real evidence.
