As a solution, we understand that the time has come to integrate a guaranteed and guided legislation that avoids, not only referred conflicts, but also mitigates the possible abuses that the absence of regulation can produce.Es una realidad constatada que en España el número de nacimientos logrados a través de acuerdos de gestación por sustitución, celebrados fuera de nuestras fronteras, por parte de ciudadanos españoles, está en pleno auge. Lo anterior ha derivado en importantes conflictos jurídicos que han generado una absoluta incoherencia normativa.
