We have taken in consideration the final period of the “disintegration from Spanish Rule in Peru”, in other words, the years defined by the
presence of the Liberator Bolivar in the new Peruvian republic. We are interested
in expanding our previous works concerning oratory of an important period of our
history to know the political situation as well as daily life and mentalities that
allow us a better understanding in its projections until the mid-nineteenth Century. |
