There, the Chamber used the figure of indirect coperpetration by virtue of an organized power apparatus to establish the responsibility of the members of the secretariat of the extinct farc for the de-privations of liberty executed directly by other members of that organization. The following reflections aim, in the first place, to subject the position adop-ted by the Chamber to a critical analysis. Then, it will outline and put into practice a system for the graduation of criminal participation that allows in a more precise and materially fairer way to establish the degrees of criminal participation of the farc members who took part in those events.El pasado 26 de enero la Sala de Reconocimiento de Verdad, de Responsabilidad y de Determinación de Hechos y Conductas de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz emitió el auto n.º 19 de 2021. Allí la Sala recurrió a la figura de la coautoría mediata en virtud de aparatos organizados de poder para fundamentar la responsabilidad de los miembros del secretariado de las extintas farc por las privaciones de la libertad ejecutadas directamente por otros miembros de dicha organización. El objetivo del presente texto consiste, en primer lugar, en someter la posición adoptada por la Sala a un análisis crítico.
